Materials recycling and recovering in Hanoi

The incubator of innovative research on urban ecology, conducted by Marie Lan Nguyen Leroy, resulted in an article entitled “Materials recycling and recovering: the Dong Nat network in Hanoi”.

“Recycling reduces the volume of waste to be collected, transported and treated in treatment facilities. It also facilitates the recovering of waste as a secondary source of raw materials. However, most of Hanoi solid waste treatment centers do not have a section allocated to recycling. If they have one, it is often modest in size or the result of pilot projects that have not been implemented on a large scale.
